 Improve Self Esteem

Self Esteem
Self Esteem is a term in psychology to reflect a person's overall evaluation or appraisal of his or her own worth. Self-esteem encompasses beliefs (for example, "I am competent", "I am worthy") and emotions such as triumph, despair, pride and shame: some would describe it as 'the self-concept is what we think about the self. It also reflects how we value those qualities we think we have. If we are great in music, but don't value that, it cannot help our self esteem. Although self esteem is a result of input from many sources, including parents, teachers, peers and the media, it is what we tell ourselves over and over again that makes it official.  Self talk is a very important part of developing healthy self esteem. You always have a choice...they are your thoughts...you don't need to continue to repeat negative things you heard from someone else.

Negative self esteem is negative self hypnosis, learn to change to positive self hypnosis.  Why?  Because YOU CAN!
