Stress - Anxiety - Panic Attacks
Stress
Stress is a normal part of life. Without stress, you would be bored to death! The problem arises when stress triggers bad habits and effects your life in a negative way. Learning self hypnosis and other stress reducing techniques will improve your quality of life and eliminate the negative consequences of being stressed.

WARNING: Stress has been linked to most health problems, including heart attacks and strokes. In fact, WebMD estimates that 75% to 95% of all doctors visits are stress related. Being over-stressed can also lead to low work performance, sleep issues, absent-mindedness, decreased interest in life, addictions, and many other undesirable results.

Anxiety & Panic Attacks
The subconscious mind protects you from dangers, real or imagined. Imagined dangers are the ones that create subconscious feelings of anxiety and panic. Thoughts create feelings and feelings create behaviors.  When you experience something, it often triggers an old experience or thought that brings on a feeling of being anxious. Even though the event creating the fear happened a very long time ago, it feels as though you are experiencing it right now and you experience panic. Hypnosis can get to the bottom of the cause of the anxiety removing the need for the subconscious mind to create a feeling of panic. You will also learn stress reducing skills to use is anxiety producing situations

Hypnotherapy for anxiety and panic treatments target the processes that we have learned. As with all learning it is impossible to unlearn (at least without help) this is why we use hypnotherapy for anxiety. For instance can you unlearn how to ride a bike. It is the same for your anxiety and panic once you have learned these processes it is very difficult to unlearn them on your own. This is where hypnotherapy for anxiety comes in it is able to access these sub-conscious processes and help you to unlearn them.  Sometimes anxiety is caused by a trauma that happened quickly, sometimes it is repeated exposure to something scary.  Either way, hypnosis can change the thought that brings on those feelings.
