You thought smoking was disgusting. You knew that people that smoked did it to look cool or fit into a group. You knew that smokers smelled bad most of the time. Their breath, hair, fingers and clothes all smelled bad. When they smoked around you the smell and the air was sometimes unbearable. - Phobias - There are two highly effective methods for removing a fear/phobia. One
is the hypnosis method and the other is the NLP fear/phobia model.
Both take about the same amount of time to completely and permanently
eliminate a fear/phobia (usually an hour or less in most cases). I
prefer the NLP method over the hypnosis method. I'll briefly explain
each method.
The hypnosis fear/phobia method involves locating the ISE (Initial
Sensitizing Event), that is the first time you experienced what has
become the fear/phobia you have now. In most cases, it is not usually
when you first consciously noticed the fear but tracks much further
back. It is quite normal for a fear to remain on an unconscious level
for many years and you don't even realize the fear is there until it
"pops" up.
Once you find the ISE, you go to that moment while in a hypnotic state
and "re-live" the event over and over. Each time, the fear reaction is
reduced until it no longer exists. There is some follow-up work but,
as I noted before, the entire process usually takes an hour or less.
The problem with the hypnosis method, although quite effective, is you
have to go back and re-experience the fear many times during the
session which can be painful to some people (even though at the end you
feel great).
The NLP Fear/Phobia model also goes to the ISE, but the methodology
used (I won't explain the nuts and bolts but more an overview) allows
you to clear the fear without having to go back into the feeling and
re-live it. The method is done in a partially disassociated state so
you don't "go into" the feeling, yet at the end of the process it is
completely eliminated.
Whichever method is used, the last step in the process should be
"future pacing". While in trance, you are directed to imagine a couple
of future events where, in the past, you would have felt the fear.
Your reaction to these future situations is a way to verify that all
of the fear is gone. If you don't feel it, then you're done. If there
is still some fear, then it means something was missed and the
hypnotist can go back and find the missing piece.

Easy self hypnosis for sleep.......You are about to change the way you sleep.....now and forever!... so...it sounds like this , silently, of course....100, sleep...sleep....sleep...sleep 99.sleep...sleep...sleep....98 etc.
If you get to 94...you say again to yourself " Self (use your name), I am telling you again... take 3 deep breaths and then count back from 100 slowly, but by the time you get to 95 etc.....repeat the entire process.
Now if you did this 3 times and you are not sleeping because your mind begins to wander....the only thing you are allowed have cross your mind is the words...blah, blah, blah, blah,blah.........until you bore yourself to sleep, regardless of how long it takes...you WILL fall asleep...it will definitely work! You should use the same process to get back to sleep if you wake up in the middle of the night.
Any questions???? It always works....just don't give up or give in to the other thoughts that are trying to get in the way.
